This spring several of my roses just sprouted up very tiny leaves, almost look like spikes and very short. What disease is this? How do I treat it?

I am having problems with my roses because of all of the rain. I am finding that my roses have a lot of holes in the leaves. They have been treated with Bayer rose treatment. What should I do?

I fertilized my miniroses because the winter just about killed them but,now they have brown spots on the leaves and the other one is not getting leaved at all are they dieing should I transplant them together with regular potting soil then fertilize them again??

I got given 12 roses for valentines day and I kept two of them in a vase with water because I’m sentimental, but although the rose heads are dead and dry, the stems have grown small leaves and I want to know if they will grow if I plant them, and also, how I should plant them. Can you help me? :)
yellow leaves that are now falling
My roses have yellow leaves and are now starting to fall off. We have had lots of rain in CA but we had a few days of hot weather and now the once yellow leaves are starting to fall off the bush. My gardener put some black bark mulch in the flower bed a few weeks ago. Any ideas of what might be the problem and a solution.

sometimes roses when sold have been pruned and a wax or seal applied do you cut that off when planting? Pat
Climbing Rose- height issue
I would really love a Lady Banks Climbing Rose. However, it would be planted against a 6′ tall lattice. I wouldn’t want it to get any taller and I know they have the potential to grow 4x the height of that. Can I just control the height by pruning? I really want that particular one because of the yellow flower and it being thornless.
i have tryed to grow drie packed rosebush that i get at walmrt. it did not grow or revie at all. my ant telles me that i sould get a wet rosebush to plant. i want to know if she is right? and whaat the diffents is in the two?
Roses for Valentines Showing Growth in Water…???
So weird. I received 3 Red roses and put them in water by the window and within about 2 weeks the flowers started to dry out. I went to clean out the vase and take the Roses out completely, but I immediately noticed that on all 3 of them, half the stems were green and healthy and have growth coming off of them. I’m amazed! And they are growing everyday, but I am not sure what to do, because it would be awesome to replant them and see if they could take root, but I don’t know how to do it!!! Help???
